THEFT — An employee’s black backpack containing a brown Louis Vuitton wallet with debit and credit cards was stolen between 6 and 6:30 p.m. May 30 from the pantry area at Meadowview Rehabilitation, 9209 Ridge Pike, Lafayette Hill, police said.

THEFT — A small amount of cash was taken from a vehicle in the unit block of Rose Lane, Flourtown, May 25, police said. Two young people, one on a motorcycle, were observed going through another vehicle on the street at 4:57 a.m., but only some change may have been taken, police said.

PEDESTRIAN HURT — Elizabeth Leary, 65, of the 100 block of North Bethlehem Pike, Ambler, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, failure to stop and render aid, and failure to report an accident to police, after her vehicle struck a pedestrian crossing the 1800 block of Bethlehem Pike, Flourtown, at 1:58 p.m. May 24, and she fled northbound on Bethlehem and was later located, police said. The victim suffered a fractured foot, ankle and several fingers and was transported to Abington Memorial Hospital, police said. Leary admitted to smoking some marijuana the evening prior to the crash and consented to a blood test, police said. She was arraigned and taken to Montgomery County Prison on $25,000 cash bail, police said.

ASSAULT — Sarah Saint Sume, 24, of the 6200 block of North 15th Street, Philadelphia, was charged with simple assault, harassment, possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia, and criminal trespass, after she struck a female employee at the Movie Tavern, 1844 Bethlehem Pike, at 10:19 a.m. May 22, police said.

RETAIL THEFT — A white male wearing a gray Eagles hat stole, three cartons of Newport 100s, valued at $233, at 8:52 p.m. May 21 at Wawa, 1601 Bethlehem Pike, and fled in a gray Ford sedan northbound on Bethlehem Pike, police said.

ASSAULT — A 14-year-old female student at Carson Valley Children’s Aid was charged with simple assault, around 9:30 p.m. May 20, police said. The victim, a 17-year-old student who suffered some cuts and a lost tooth, was charged with harassment, police said.


WARRANT — John Eisenlohr, 27, of Berwick, Pa., was taken into custody on a Philadelphia warrant for a drug violation following a traffic stop at 1:40 p.m. May 28 at Swede and Township Line roads, police said. He was turned over to the Philadelphia Sheriff’s Department.

WARRANT — Gregory Carlucci, 33, of Levittown, Pa., turned himself in on a Bucks County warrant for a probation violation at 8:35 p.m. May 30 in the 1700 block of Swede Road, police said. He was turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.
