FRAUD >> Twin Spring Farm Day School reported April 3 that two iPads were fraudulently ordered using the victim’s credit card, police said. Apple was contacted and the order, which was to be picked up at the Apple store in Willow Grove, was canceled, police said.

FRAUD >> A business in the 500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Fort Washington, reported April 3 an unknown person used the victim’s name and bank information to fraudulently write checks for multiple items advertised on Craigslist about a month ago, police said. A fraudulent email was also recently sent in the victim’s name, police said.

DUI >> Bennie W. White, 60, of Bedford, Ohio, was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and a signal violation following a stop April 3, online court records show.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE >> A small amount of cash and some personal items were reported stolen at 7:22 a.m. April 5 from a vehicle broken into while parked in the 1900 block of East Lincoln Drive, police said. The vehicle had its rear passenger side window smashed out and was one of multiple vehicles found on the block with windows smashed out, police said.

PHONE FOUND >> A iPhone was found April 7 in the 500 block of Virginia Drive in a blue and silver case and is being held at the Upper Dublin police station, police said.
