POSSESSION — Shane Goff, 33, of Eagleville, Pa, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, expired registration and driving with a suspended license following a vehicle stop at 8:32 p.m. Aug. 3 for an expired registration at Stenton Avenue and Bells Mill Road, police said.

POSSESSION — Alexis Manresa, 27, of the 7100 block of Ardleigh Street, Philadelphia, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, unregistered vehicle and operating without a valid inspection, following a vehicle stop at 12:31 a.m. Aug. 3 at Stenton Avenue near Summit Street, Wyndmoor, for a dead tag, police said.

THREATS — Seamus Haggerty, 39, of Philadelphia, was charged Aug. 4 with terroristic threats and stalking, according to online court records. He was arraigned and released on $2,500 unsecured bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 14.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF — John Tzivieris, 41, of Horsham, was charged July 29 with criminal mischief, damage to property by operating a motor vehicle and failure to stop and provide information in connection with a June 14 incident, online court records show. A preliminary hearing has not yet been scheduled.

POSSESSION — Daniel McIntyre, 35, of the 100 block of Erdenheim Road, Erdenheim; Nicole Shaw, 21, and Evan Kretschman, 24, both of the unit block of Hillcrest Avenue, Erdenheim, were charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia after being stopped at 10:22 p.m. Aug. 1 in the Wawa parking lot, 1501 Bethlehem Pike, Flourtown, where an officer noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle, police said.

POSSESSION — Malik Williams, 23, of the 5200 block of Morris Street, Philadelphia, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia, counterfeit inspection and excessive tint on the window after being stopped at 10:09 p.m. July 31, when he made an abrupt turn at the 500 block of Spring Lane, police said. The vehicle had counterfeit inspection stickers and an odor of unburnt marijuana, police said.
