Coldwell Banker announces office's top associates for 2018
The Coldwell Banker Preferred Conshohocken office has announced the top affiliated agents who were recently recognized with Coldwell Banker International President’s Awards based on their 2018 sales performance.
Noele Stinson received the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite Award given to the top 2 percent of approximately 92,000 Coldwell Banker agents worldwide.
Kerry Carr, Samantha Goldenberg, Paul Mazzochetti and Mark Mehler received the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society Award given to the top 10 percent of agents worldwide.
Bill Deery and Laura Hewitt received the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society Award given to the top 16 percent of agents worldwide.
“These agents have achieved impressive results because of their strong commitment to their profession and because of the exceptional service they provide to their clients and customer in the region,” said Joe McKeever, branch vice president of the Conshohocken office. “I wish them continued success in the year to come.”
Berkshire Hathaway presents Chairman's Circle Awards
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors recently presented the Steven Kim Team, the Linda Baron Team and Rosenthal Group with the Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award for their sales performance for 2018, placing them in the top ½ of 1 percent of all BHHS agents.
All three teams of sales associates are based out of the company's Blue Bell office.

Home sales down 15.5 percent in March
Greater Philadelphia March home sales, for the 12-county region, were down by 15.5 percent compared to March 2018's home sales, according to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors HomExpert Market Report.
Homes sold in March 2019 in the 12-county Greater Philadelphia region totaled 5,520, compared to 6,544 sold in March 2018.
"As we ease into the spring market, sales are still down compared to this time last year," BHHS Fox & Roach President Joan Docktor said. "With inventory still low, it's a great time to sell your home."
The monthly average inventory of homes for sale was down by 10 percent from March 2018, with 34,277 homes for sale in March 2019, compared to 38,096 for sale in March 2018. In March 2017, the monthly average inventory was down by 21.6 percent.
The average number of days a home remained on the market in March 2019 shows an increase from 64 days in March 2018 to 71 days in March 2019, a 10.9 percent increase. In 2017, homes stayed on the market for an average of 71 days.
Average sales prices are also on the rise by 6.3 percent across the 12-county region, with March 2018's average price at $259,003, compared to March 2019's $275,334.
