TELFORD — The Telford Volunteer Fire Company recently held its annual banquet, celebrating another year of providing service to Telford Borough.
Among the award recipients was A&T Chevrolet-Subaru, which received the Chief Peter A. Wicket Award for its commitment to the company and the community at large.
“This year, we wanted to recognize a company that is not in our first due coverage area but has been one of our ongoing sponsors for many years now,” Telford Volunteer Fire Company President Jerry Guretse said. “We are proud of our partnership with this company and thankful for their continued support each year. They are heavily involved with many community programs and with many different organizations. I really think that this community awareness is big part of their success. 2019 marks their 35th anniversary, and I think anyone who has done business with them would agree that their treatment of their customers reflects the same kind of attitude as their community commitment.”
