RETAIL THEFT — Rashan Webb, 32, of the 800 block of E. Thayer Street, Philadelphia, and Tyrone Webb, 30 of the 1200 block of Butler Pike, Philadelphia, were charged with retail theft and criminal conspiracy after the two tried to steal merchandise worth several hundred dollars from Walmart in the 1500 block of Bethlehem Pike, Hilltown Township Police Department said. Officers on foot patrol in the store at 3 a.m. Sept. 6 observed suspicious activity, leading to the investigation and arrest, police said.
DRUG OVERDOSE — Officers used Narcan to revive a female after a heroin overdose about 8:49 p.m. September 6 in the 4700 block of Bethlehem Pike, Hilltown Township Police Department said. At 6:59 a.m. September 7, officers responded to the 1400 block of Limekiln Pike for another unresponsive person, police said. Officers again used Narcan to revive a female, police said. Suspected heroin was recovered at the scene, police said.
MARIJUANA — Aleksander Jazaj, 18, of the 1600 block of Faunce Street, Philadelphia, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers investigated a suspicious vehicle in the rear of the Hilltown Crossing Shopping Center on Bethlehem Pike at 11:22 p.m. Sept. 12, Hilltown Township Police Department said.
DUI — Mark Clemmer, 59, of the 500 block of Paddock Circle, Telford, was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance after officers responded to Wawa on Bethlehem Pike for the report of a possible DUI about 4:26 p.m. Sept. 15, Hilltown Township Police Department said.
