SOUDERTON >> The Souderton Charter School Collaborative held its Family Volunteer Day Saturday, Nov. 18.

Altogether, 126 people attended, collecting 306 pounds of food for Keystone Opportunity Center, 25 large trash bags of clothing for Mitzvah Circle, seven boxes of books for Mitzvah Circle, 16 large boxes of toys for Mitzvah Circle and 15 large boxes of toiletries and supplies, more than 100 crafts and $75 to ship overseas to active military members and veterans. Attendees also created 28 pillows for Pawsabilities and 500 crafts for Meals on Wheels and the Souderton Mennonite Senior Home, along with weeding an area in Souderton Borough.
