IGNITION LOCK — Daniel Lee, 50, of Chalfont, was charged March 23 with illegally operating a vehicle not equipped with an ignition lock during a traffic stop at Old York and Susquehanna roads, police said.

DUI — Carl E. Germain, 35, of Turner Avenue, Roslyn, was charged with driving under the influence, careless driving and texting while driving following a stop April 6 in the 1000 block of Maple Avenue, police said.

DUI — Jeffrey A. Tuttle, 42, of Warminster, was charged with driving under the influence, careless driving and lighting and lane violations, following a traffic stop April 20 at Valley Road and Manor Avenue, police said.

VIOLATIONS — Daishawn J. Mouzon, 20, of Claridge Street, Philadelphia, was charged with altered, forged documents and plate, no registration, no insurance, driving with a suspended license and a lighting violation following a traffic stop May 2 at Township Line Road and West Avenue, police said.

RETAIL THEFT — Shelly S. Gill-Gayle, 40, of Loretto Avenue, Philadelphia, was charged May 8 with retail theft and receiving stolen property at Target, police said.

RETAIL THEFT — Tysha Brown-Jordan, 23, of Van Dyke Street, Philadelphia; and Robert Beckles, 46, of Penn Street, Philadelphia, were charged with retail theft May 13 at the Giant in Huntingdon Valley, police said.

PFA — Lydell A. McCrea, 30, of Mt. Carmel Avenue, Glenside, was charged May 3 with a PFA violation in the 500 block of Edgehill Road, police said.

THREATS — Chris M. Durham, 42, of Beverly Road, Rydal, was charged May 14 with terroristic threats and harassment in the 500 block of Beverly Road, police said.

ASSAULT — Leighann L. May, 41, of Patane Avenue, Roslyn, was charged May 15 with simple assault and harassment in the 2500 block of Patane, police said.

TRESPASSING — Maryanne Frye, 56, of Moreland Road, Willow Grove, was charged May 18 with defiant trespass in the 2500 block of Moreland Road, police said.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT — Michael K. Gordon, 56, of Somerset Road, Huntingdon Valley, was charged May 18 with indecent exposure, open lewdness and disorderly conduct at Lorimer Park, police said.

DUI — Samantha McKnight, 37, of West Moreland Road, Willow Grove, was charged May 19 with driving under the influence, recklessly endangering another person, driving with a suspended license and lighting and restraint system violations, following a traffic stop on Easton Road, police said.

THREATS — Lathan Nichelson Jr., 65, of Nolan Road, Roslyn, was charged May 20 with terroristic threats and retaliation against a witness, following an incident in the 1200 block of Nolan Road, police said.

RETAIL THEFT — Anthony Hayward, 20, of North 21st Street, Philadelphia, was charged May 22 with retail theft and receiving stolen property at Sally’s Beauty Supply, police said.

DUI — Kellyann McNelis, 32, of Wayne, was charged with driving under the influence, careless driving, speeding, following too closely and driving on the wrong side of the road, following a traffic stop Feb. 20 at Susquehanna Road and Clemens Avenue, police said.

DUI — Daniel Haynos, 43, of Grovania Avenue Abington, was charged with driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, a traffic control signal violation and unauthorized transfer of registration, following a May 1 traffic stop at Woodland and Easton roads, police said.

RETAIL THEFT — Philadelphia residents Nashae Smith, 27, of Stevens Street, and Debra Newby, 26, of North 12th Street, were charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property at Old Navy in Willow Grove, police said.

RETAIL THEFT — Philadelphia residents Giselle V. Garcia, 19, and Sylvia P. Garay, 18, both of Griffith Street, were charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property May 24 at Primark in the Willow Grove Park mall, police said.

THREATS — Imir Johnson, 18, of North Franklin Street, Philadelphia, was charged May 25 with terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct at Abington Jefferson Hospital, police said.

BURGLARY — Philip H. McNiff, 62, of Ardsley Avenue, Glenside, was charged May 26 with burglary, criminal trespass, theft, defiant trespass and disorderly conduct in the 200 block of Cricket Avenue, police said.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT — Stacy Monivil, 26, of Wagner Way, Elkins Park, was cited for disorderly conduct at 3:28 p.m. June 6 at Susquehanna and Edgehill roads, police said.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS — Theodore Froman, 55, of North Cambria, Pa., was cited for public drunkenness at 9:26 p.m. June 6 in the 200 block of Keswick Avenue, police said.

RETAIL THEFT — Chynara Alimova, 39, of Lockhart Road, Philadelphia, was cited for retail theft at 5:50 p.m. May 31 in the 2500 block of Moreland Road, police said.

RETAIL THEFT — Jaleel Williford, 27, of Sydenham Street, Philadelphia, was cited for retail theft at 5:51 p.m. June 6 in the 1400 block of Old York Road, police said.

THEFT — A catalytic converter was reported cut from a vehicle in the unit block of East Township Line Road at 4 p.m. June 3, police said.

THEFT — A PA license plate, MG0884D, was reported stolen at 11:34 a.m. June 4 from a Cheltenham Township Public Works truck in the 8100 block of Old York Road, police said.

THEFT — A male wearing a pink shirt with a white emblem took Marlboro Red cigarettes, valued at $51, from behind the counter at the 7-Eleven, 250 S. Easton Road, at 2:26 p.m. June 4 and fled in a red vehicle, police said.

THEFT — A purse containing various items and $20 cash was reported stolen from a locked vehicle in the unit block of Curtis Park Drive at 2:29 p.m. June 4, police said.

FRAUD — A resident reported June 4 receiving a package in the mail from an unauthorized source, police said.

ID THEFT — A resident reported June 5 that numerous fraudulent store accounts and credit cards had been opened using the victim’s personal information, police said.

THEFT — An unlocked vehicle parked in the lot at Wawa, 82 Limekiln Pike, was reported entered at 1:25 p.m. June 5 and $80 cash stolen from a purse, police said.

FRAUD — A resident reported June 5 being defrauded of $600 after giving the victim’s credit card number to a male over the phone to fix his computer, police said.

VANDALISM — A resident of the unit block of Hemlock Lane reported at 3:54 p.m. June 5 that about six eggs were thrown at the victim’s house and vehicle, police said.

FRAUD — A resident reported June 5 that $290 was fraudulently charged to the victim’s debit card with Western Union, police said.

THEFT — A resident of the 7900 block of Heather Road reported her PA driver’s license and two debit cards were stolen from her vehicle overnight June 5 and money was moved from the debit account for a total loss of $1,200, police said.

THEFT — Change and pills were reported stolen at 10:15 a.m. June 6 from an unlocked auto in the 700 block of Elkins Avenue, police said.

THEFT — Change was reported stolen at 11:10 a.m. June 6 from an unlocked vehicle in the 600 block of Widener Road, police said.

THEFT — A resident of the 500 block of Crest Avenue reported June 6 that multiple items were missing from an apartment the victim had just moved into, police said.

BURGLARY — An apartment in the 2100 block of Mather Way was found broken into at 2:30 p.m. June 6 with some of the victim’s electronics stacked at the top of the steps, police said.

THEFT — Change was reported stolen at 7:17 p.m. June 6 from an unlocked vehicle in the 800 block of Elkins Avenue, police said.

RETAIL THEFT — David Berrian, 54, of the 2300 block of West Lehigh Avenue, Philadelphia, was charged with retail theft after taking $867 in goods from Home Depot, 7690 Washington Lane, at 9:36 p.m. June 6, police said.

AUTO THEFT — A white, 2016 Mercedes Benz 350 with the key fob and a purse inside was reported stolen at 7:45 a.m. June 7 from the 7300 block of Mountain Road and later recovered by Philadelphia police in the 4700 block of Rising Sun Avenue, police said.

BURGLARY — An apartment in the 7700 block of Lucretia Mott Way was found burglarized at 8:07 a.m. June 7 with a broken kitchen window lock and various items missing, police said.

WARRANT — Tamika Bittle, 47, of the 2000 block of Mather Way, was taken into custody at 10:47 a.m. June 7 following an auto accident at Spring and Elkins avenues on a Philadelphia warrant for failure to appear, police said.

THEFT — A truck padlock was discovered missing or broken at 2:25 p.m. June 7 at Cheltenham and Coventry avenues, causing various items to fall from the rear of the truck onto the road, police said.

AUTO BREAK-IN — The front passenger side window of two vehicles in the 200 block of South Keswick Avenue were found broken at 3:27 p.m. June 7, police said. Nothing appeared to be missing from one; the other had a brown purse containing confidential papers, currency and various items taken, police said.

THEFT — An iPhone 7 placed on a counter at Walmart, 1000 S. Easton Road, was reported stolen at 9:48 p.m. June 7; store video showed a male wearing dark clothing take it, police said.

RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT — Daniel Bennett, 21, of the 1000 block of West Arizona Street, Philadelphia, was charged with recklessly endangering another person after firing multiple rounds from a firearm into the creek from a foot bridge near Veterans Field at 10:18 p.m. June 7, police said.

VANDALISM — The four tires of a vehicle in the 7900 block of Froebel Road were found slashed at 6:24 p.m. June 8, police said.

RETAIL THEFT — Karl La Rue, 57, of the 5600 block of Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia, was charged with a felony count of retail theft, after taking soap valued at $24 at 6:57 p.m. June 9 from Walgreens, 1 Yorktown Plaza, police said.

AUTO THEFT — A 2011 Infinity, PA tag JBT3490, was reported stolen from the driveway of a home in the 800 block of Widener at 10:39 p.m. June 9, police said.

ATTEMPTED MURDER — Keith Green, 33, and Clarence Lemons, 31, both of Washington, D.C., have been charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault and related charges, after they allegedly attempted to shoot two people at 1 a.m. Jan. 31 in the 500 block of General Patterson Avenue, police said.

ASSAULT — Edward Deante Cooper, 26, of the 2400 block of Bancroft Street, Philadelphia, was charged with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and endangering the welfare of children after he beat his girlfriend at 11:04 p.m. March 9 in the 2400 block of West Cheltenham Avenue, police said.
