Caravan for Pearl Benner 100th birthday
Friends and family members of Pearl Benner formed a caravan down her street for more than an hour Jan. 9 to celebrate her 100th birthday. Telford Borough Police Department and Telford Volunteer Fire Company assisted with traffic and the celebration.
