VALLEY FORGE — Washington Memorial National Carillon at Washington Memorial Chapel in Valley Forge is bringing back the 2021 Frank P. Law Summer Carillon Concert Series.

The series starts on Wednesday, July 7, and all concerts feature performers from the USA; however, Carlo van Ulft and Roy Kroezen are originally from The Netherlands. This year, organizers welcome one carillonneur new to Valley Forge, as well as welcoming back returning favorites. And the ever popular Irish Thunder Pipes & Drums is scheduled to perform again on Aug. 18. The series concludes on Aug. 25.

Concerts begin at 7:30 p.m. As always, all concerts are free and open to the public. These are hour-long outdoor concerts, so bring a blanket, lawn chair, snacks or dinner. The Chapel Cabin Shop will be open before the concerts for refreshments and souvenirs. All concerts are played rain or shine.

Washington Memorial National Carillon is located in Valley Forge National Historical Park at Washington Memorial Chapel, Route 23, Valley Forge. All concerts begin at 7:30 p.m.
