ABINGTON

The following individuals were arrested in connection with various offenses in July, according to the Abington Township Police Department. 

ENDANGERING WELFARE OF CHILDREN – Elisabeth Riveral-Cartagena, 47, of Rosemore Avenue, Glenside, was charged July 5 with endangering the welfare of children, simple assult and harassment at the 2300 block of Rosemore Avenue in Glenside.

ENDANGERING WELFARE OF CHILDREN – Christina Richart, 32, of Easton Road, Abington, was charged July 12 with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of children and an accident involving damage to an unattended vehicle or property at the 1500 block of Saint James Place in Abington.

TERRORISTIC THREATS – Kenneth Slacker, 22, of Marlowe Street, Philadelphia, was charged July 6 with making terroristic threats, recklessly endangering the welfare of another person, simple assault, aggravated assault, and carrying a firearm without a license at the 2100 block of Tremont Avenue in Abington.

POSSESSION – Justin Berry, 26, of Greene Street, Philadelphia, was charged July 5 with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance and manufacturing, delivering and possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance at the 1300 block of Easton Road in Abington.

POSSESSION – Hugh Cover, 36, of Fuller Street, Philadelphia, was charged July 4 with possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance, possession with intent to deliver and simple trespass at the intersection of Old York and Susequehanna roads in Abington.

DUI – Riley Campbell, 21, of Keith Road, Abington, was charged July 8 with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, harassment and disorderly conduct at the intersection of Old Welsh and Rockwell roads in Abington.
