SIMPLE ASSAULT, HIT & RUN — Daniel Nagy, 42, no fixed abode, was charged with simple assault, accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property, and reckless driving after officers responded to the report of a hit and run accident in which a vehicle rammed another vehicle at Bethlehem Pike and Fairhill Road on March 15, then took off, Hilltown Township Police Department said. Investigation identified Nagy as the driver of the striking vehicle, police said. A warrant was issued and Nagy was arrested by Northampton Township Police Department on March 18, police said.
CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE — Matthew Bandura, 31, of Pipersville, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic violation after a traffic stop on N. Main Street in Sellersville on March 6, Perkasie Borough Police Department said.
SIMPLE ASSAULT, HARASSMENT — Brad Toy, 39, of Perkasie, was charged with simple assault and harassment following a disturbance on S. 5th Street in Perkasie on March 8, Perkasie Borough Police Department said.
TRESPASSING — Jason Elwell, 47, of Perkasie, was charged with criminal trespass, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct following a disturbance with property damage at a business on Constitution Ave. in Perkasie on March 16, Perkasie Borough Police Department said.
WARRANT — Following a March 17 traffic stop, a person was arrested for a Bucks County warrant, Bedminster Township Police Department said.
